Cancellation & No-Show Policy To keep the schedule running smoothly and respect everyone’s time, the following policy applies to all appointments: Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, do it at least 12 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will be charged 35% of the scheduled service total. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without any notice, you will be charged a 35% no-show fee based on the service you booked. This fee must be paid before booking future appointments. Late Arrivals: If you’re running late, contact the salon. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be marked as a no-show and the fee will apply. Payment of Fees: All late-cancellation and no-show fees are automatically charged to the card on file or are required to be paid before you can book again.
